As a high-achieving Black woman (and stroke survivor) who is still recovering from perfectionism, I’m passionate about helping other professionals to pause, to breathe, and to assess what they really want out of life.
We focus on increasing clarity, using small, but powerful shifts that lead to meaningful change. We offer transformational coaching and counseling and are LGBTQ-affirming.
